The company has full discretion to approve or denied said tuition reimbursement. Moreover, an employee who requests and receives Company approved sponsorship for an apprenticeship program through IEC or another accredited electrical apprenticeship program will have their tuition paid in advance. Upon passing a Company approved course and/or training, the Company will pay 100% tuition reimbursement. The Company will pay for advanced education that supports the mission of the business.
